Shop Operations Manager

Williams Dedicated wants to add a Shop Operations Manager to our Service Team. The Shop Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy diesel shop.

This role is in charge of effectively managing personnel, operations, sales, and customer service. The person in this role will need to have a “go-getter” attitude and be eager to drive sales growth and great customer service within our Shop team. Previous Shop experience is not required; we require a people-focused manager.
