Use and Privacy Agreement
Member Information Use Policy: The Chamber may publish your company’s name, address, phone number, and website as it deems fit, but will never share your e-mail address publicly. You may utilize the Member Information Center (MIC) to update your contact information.
Member Information Center Use Policy: Members may use the Member Information Center (MIC) to post jobs, hot deals, member to member deals, and news releases for other members to see. You agree to always use appropriate language as deemed by the Chamber. Failure to do so will result in suspension of your MIC access.
Logo Use Policy: Members may contact the Chamber to obtain a Proud Member sticker or graphic, but are prohibited from using the Chamber’s corporate logo. Doing so may result in disciplinary or legal action.
Refund Policy: All Chamber memberships are on an annual (12 month) contract basis and are non-refundable. If you choose the monthly payment option you are electing to pay your annual membership fee in 12 monthly installments. In the event you elect to cancel your membership early you will be charged for and agree to pay the remaining balance of your 12-month membership. In all cases pro-rated refunds will not be issued.
Auto-Renewal Policy: Auto-renewal is an option for members who pay on an annual basis. Auto-renewal is automatic for members who pay on a monthly basis. Auto-renewal will be effective on the join-date anniversary unless 15 days advance notice of cancellation is provided. Such notice of cancellation of an auto-renewing membership must be done in-person at the Chamber office or in writing by USPS certified mail.
