Use and Privacy Agreement
Member Information Use Policy: The Chamber may publish your company’s name, address, phone number, and website as it deems fit, but will never share your e-mail address publicly. You may utilize the Member Information Center (MIC) to update your contact information.
Member Information Center Use Policy: Members may use the Member Information Center (MIC) to post jobs, hot deals, member to member deals, and news releases for other members to see. You agree to always use appropriate language as deemed by the Chamber. Failure to do so will result in suspension of your MIC access.
Logo Use Policy: Members may contact the Chamber to obtain a Proud Member sticker or graphic, but are prohibited from using the Chamber’s corporate logo. Doing so may result in disciplinary or legal action.
Refund Policy: All Chamber memberships are on an annual (12 month) contract basis and are non-refundable. If a member chooses the monthly payment option, they elect to pay their annual membership fee in 12 monthly installments. In the case a member elects to cancel their membership before their first 12 months have concluded they will be charged for and agree to pay the remaining balance of the initial 12-month membership. After the initial 12 months they may cancel at any time. In all cases pro-rated refunds will not be issued. If an automatic renewal refund request is received it will be honored if received within 30 days of that date payment was made.
Auto-Renewal Policy: Auto-renewal is an option for members who pay on an annual basis. Auto-renewal is automatic for members who pay on a monthly basis. Auto-renewal will be effective on the join-date anniversary unless 15 days advance notice of cancellation is provided. Such notice of cancellation of an auto-renewing membership must be done in-person at the Chamber office or in writing by USPS certified mail.
