Express Employment Professionals in Bloomington welcomes two new staff members.

Edd Flowers took over as Branch Manager in August. He brings more than 20 years in leadership experience to the team. Before joining Express Flowers worked as the Director of Sales for Ashely Furniture, but he wanted to challenge himself in a different environment. Having worked with the company in the past, the transition to Express was an easy decision.

In his position of Branch Manager, Flowers oversees office operations, leads staff, meets with associates and clients, and guides the office to achieve their goals. Flowers' favorite thing about working at Express so far has been getting to know people and connecting them to a role where they can succeed.

Outside work you can find him practicing his grilling skills.

Donneyale Campbell joined Express as an Employment Specialist in August. She previously worked in retail and food management, but was looking to shift careers. Coming to Express gave her an opportunity to find something that better aligned with her passion of personal and professional development of people.

As an Employment Specialist, Campbell builds relationships with associates and clients and helps connect the two depending on what each is looking for. Her favorite thing so far has been connecting with different people and businesses all while helping them achieve their goals.

Currently, Campbell is pursuing a degree in Psychology with a concentration in Organization Behavior from Colorado Technical University. Outside of work and study you can find her traveling and spending time with family.

Flowers and Campbell join Wayne Heid, Employment Specialist; Brittany Patterson, Recruiting Specialist; and Kelly Poulos, Front Office Coordinator.
