It is YouthBuild McLean County’s mission to build, develop, inspire, and challenge educationally and economically disadvantaged youth to make the difference!  Serving 16-24 year olds who are currently out of school and out of work, helping them to complete their high school education while learning a vocation in a high need area such as construction and healthcare.
