2023 - Women Elevate Women - Summer Social

The WEW happy hour this month will be hosted by Kim Hayes at Blooming Life Studio & Spa. Our evening will include 15 minutes of gentle movement led by Kim, to prepare your body for 15 minutes of Breathwork led by Amy Filter. Following this session, stick around to tour, have a drink and a snack, and socialize! Please arrive by 4pm if you are interested in the movement and Breathwork as we will begin promptly at 4:15. Doors will then be locked until 4:45 to allow participants to fully immerse themselves into the process. After 4:45 doors will be unlocked for others to join in for connecting!
