Summary for meeting sign-up:  So, what is imposter syndrome and what can you do to combat it? 

Your own personal perception of what it means to be competent has a profound impact on how competent you feel in any situation but especially in a new situation. It’s also at the core of impostor feelings.

We will spend our time together discussing what imposter syndrome means to you, share with each other when we've felt like an imposter, and talk about ways to combat imposter syndrome.

Women Elevate Women's mission is to foster intentional connections with career-oriented women seeking professional inclusion to share best practices. This Resource Group is exclusive to members of the McLean County Chamber of Commerce of any age that identify as female, are career-oriented, and seek to support, motivate, and inspire each other. Women Elevate Women will meet the third Monday of every month, from 11:45 am - 1:00 pm at B'link. Every third meeting will be held at 4:00 - 6:00 pm for a social gathering.
