Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP)

Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP): Case Manager, full-time 40 hours/week; on call, weekend, holiday rotation required; Flex time available after 40 hours for work life balance. Competitive salary based on experience. Bachelor’s degree in social or human service, education, health, therapy, or other degree as designated by Department of Human Services (DHS); experience working with individuals with disabilities; benefits include vacation, sick, 3% retirement program when eligible, health/dental; mileage reimbursement (currently .625¢/mi.); Career path opportunities available.
