About Us

Marcfirst has helped people reach their potential in the McLean County community for over 65 years. We offer a lifetime of meaningful services in our programs. We proudly support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as children with developmental delays and children who are neurotypical and recovering from surgery. Our major programs include Pediatric Therapy, High School Transition Program, Community Day Services, Supported Living Program, Supported Employment Program, Behavioral Health Clinic, Friendsfirst, and Change to Independence Altogether (CIA). Our vision is to become a bridge to our community where all people can pursue and achieve their dreams throughout their lives.

Pediatric Therapy includes: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, Developmental Therapy, Feeding Therapy, Counseling Services, Early Intervention, free Developmental Screenings, Sibshop, Parent Support Group (PAL) Play and Learn

The Greg Chadwick Marcfirst Pediatric Therapy Center is located at 1302 Franklin Ave., on the grounds of the Carle BroMenn Medical Center. This space includes a colorful sensory gym, a spacious motor gym, individual therapy rooms, group therapy rooms, and a serial casting space.
