August 4th is an EOS workshop designed to teach entrepreneurs, business owners, and their leadership teams the 5 foundational tools of EOS. With these tools, they can implement and have an immediate impact on their businesses.
EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, is a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools that has helped thousands of entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. Implementing EOS will help you and your leadership team get better at three things:
Testimonial from Andy Shirk, President of Beer Nuts about this process; "EOS has provided us the opportunity to align our people and their roles around a shared vision that we are executing using a simplified structure. This has improved our culture and accelerated progress within the organization."
The session is presented by Harlan Geiser and Chris Carmouche. Both are Professional EOS™ Implementers.
Harlan has 40 years’ experience starting, operating and owning businesses in Central Illinois. His longest run was 22 years at Integrity Technology Solutions. He took the company from $0 to $5,000,000 with 30 employees. He sold Integrity in 2015 after the successful implementation of a self-designed 5-year succession plan.
Harlan is a businessperson who loves helping business people. In the fall of 2015, he began coaching when 2 business owners asked if he would “coach” them on their businesses. He loved coaching because he was able to help them make a real difference in their lives.
He chose to use EOS to use with his clients because EOS is the perfect operating system for entrepreneurial companies. Now a Professional EOS Implementer for 11 organizations, Harlan still loves working with entrepreneurial teams!
Chris has been on both sides of the aisle: Big and small company. And while the stress is present in both, the similarities in running are few.
Chris is a firm believer that there’s not only an art but a science to running small companies successfully. Bluntly put, running a small company is not easy. In reviewing his successes and failures in running 4 privately held companies; Chris sees the absolute need for a system and process to serve as the framework for success. And that framework is EOS; a system he ran successfully in all of his companies.
Chris is active in his community, father of four and happily married to his wife Amy.
