Hospitality Manager

Lead Chef and Hospitality Team Manager at East Bay Camp and Retreat Center, which serves both summer campers and year-round retreat guests.  Ability to cast vision and manage staff to extend hospitality from the dining rooms to cabins and lakeside.  Experience with staff management, menu planning/sourcing, dietary needs, general hospitality, and farm to table concept helpful.  Full-time, year-round employment, offering full-benefits and a 3/2 home on site.
