Tuesday, September 24 from 11:30-1 we will be hearing from Natalie Alexander from ISU presenting on "Crucial Conversations." The meeting will be at the Destihl Brewery.
Your palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy. You must have a hard conversation with your co-worker, your employee, or your boss. To take this risk, you need courage, confidence, and composure. But it doesn’t hurt to have a few tips and tricks to help you create a conversation that leaves everyone feeling content and ready for the next step. By looking at the anatomy of a crucial conversation and learning how to shape it, you can learn how to embrace the experience.
